Richard & Jennifer managed to organise their whole wedding in just 5 months!!! They did so well with their planning & all the little
things they thought of to make the day great.
After the church service they had afternoon tea for all the guests, which was a great idea as it gave everyone a chance to chit-chat & us a chance to take the family photos.
Then we took the Bridal party to the Riddiford Gardens for the portrait shoot, which was a lot of fun if a little chilly!!!
The highlight (for us anyway!) was getting them all on to the roundabout at an extremely busy intersection for some fun shots.

A beautiful family wedding held at the Waipuna Lodge in Auckland which is a great venue to have everything in one location.
After the service in the courtyard we went for a walk down the hill for the portrait shoot.
We achieved some really great & somewhat different images from our usual style.

This gorgeous young couple who have been family friends since the Bride was at school, had their wedding at Mellow Manor near Hamilton New Zealand.
Then due to the Bad weather headed to Sky City Hamilton for the photos.
Despite the rain & wind everyone had alot of fun & we got some great photos at the venue.
And in between showers headed for Garden Place across the road.

What a fun wedding this was from beginning to end. Held in the Kiwiana capital, Otorohanga, New Zealand.
The ceremony was held at the Kiwi House, where we also did most of the photos.
Then we just had to get a shot down the main street!!! Check it Out!!!
During the reception we took the Bride & Groom, Aaron & Sarah out for some more photos at sunset.

Adrian has been a photographer for over 40 years & has branched out into video in the last 10 years.
Having so much experience in the industry is great for the way we work as he does most of the setting up of poses & checking all the little details like how the dress is sitting & are the flowers facing the right way.
We tease him that he would make the ultimate Bridesmaid!!! :-)
On the serious side Adrian does all the video editing & runs the tripod camera that captures all the sound.

A beautiful wedding held at the St Patrick's cathderal in Auckland.
After the ceremony we went straight to the reception venue to do all the photos.

Taihape is known as the Gumboot town of New Zealand, after the gumboot throwing contest they hold annually.
It is actually a really lovely little place.
These guys were such a lovely couple & their families were so great at making us feel at home in Taihape.
After the church service we went down to to the spectacular river for photos, then stopped in town on the way back & of course at the giant gumboot!!
The reception was held at the golf course which has magnificent veiws.A great day was had by all & it looked like the partying was going to go on well into the night!

This was a combination of a Hindu engagement & Kiwi wedding.
The beautiful Bride came out from the States & the Groom is a proud Kiwi.
It blended elements of Indian & Kiwi cultures very successfully which made for a lovely & very colourful event.
The Bridesmaids looked stunning in their manderin coloured saris & the groomsmen looked great in their formal suits.
The Bride in her red sari & veil was so pretty, she looked like a princess.

This Wednesday wedding was held at the Silverstream Retreat in Upper Hutt.
It was a fun day for everyone... we had a great time with the Bridal Party photos.
The Groomsmen were all a bunch of characters!!
It was a stunning day & the blue of the sky & the trees & surroundings really complimented the girls black dresses.
The couple themselves both wore white, so they made a bold impression amongst the colourfulness of everything else.

This wedding had a vintage glamour theme & the girls certainly lived up to the part.
The Bride looked just like a 40's pin-up & the bridesmaids all looked stunning in their dresses & wraps.
The boys all looked very dashing in their black suits & shocking pink ties, with Groom in a creamy/gold vest & tie.
We had great fun doing the portrait shoot & all the little flowergirls & pageboys added to the mix.

A glorious techni-coloured wedding!!!
The 9 bridesmaids wore orange, the flowergirls had white & orange, the boys wore black with white & orange trim & the flowers were a myriad of colours with pink & yellow butterflies.
The Brides dress was absolutely amazing, made entirely out of traditional Samoan fabrics... she looked stunning.
We went to the Botannical Gardens for the photos & were very lucky with the weather.They were a really lovely couple & it was a beautiful wedding.

We were lucky enough to be asked to cover a full Indian wedding in Fiji. :-)
As a small family business from New Zealand to be discovered via the internet to go to Fiji by a couple from Chicago in America, we felt very priveleged.
As with all Indian weddings it was a 3 day whirlwind!
Combined with the heat & humidity it was definetly one to remember...
The couple were absolutely lovely, they spent almost their entire wedding worrying about all their guests & family being comfy & settled.

Held at the beautiful historic Old St Paul's church in the centre of Wellington on a gorgeous sunny Wellington day!
They were a lovely couple & we had a good time with them & the rest of the Bridal party during the portrait session.
First we went to the Botanical Gardens in Karori to get photos in the traditional Kiwi wedding attire, then after a quick change into the Veitnamese dresses we moved on to the parliment buildings.

We had butterfly place settings, purple & pink Bridesmaids dresses, a butterfly release, pink parasols, a flowergirl with butterfly wings, a beautiful Bride in a gorgeous dress, & more butterfly themed decorations than you could shake a swan plant at!!!
Held at the wonderful Charemagne Loge just outside Tauranga it was the perfect backdrop to the butterfly festia :-)

With an Autumn theme & a matching colour scheme, this wedding was a colour extravaganza!!! The detail that had gone into the planning of the flowers, colours & settings was just awesome.
Put together with an absolutely wonderful couple, bridal party & families it was a lovely day.After the ceremony at St Marks in Remuera everyone headed over to Michael Savage Memorial Park for family & group photos.
Then whilst the guests had a picninc afternoon tea we started on the portraits...Well... what with the high spirits of the entire Bridal Party & the natural exurberance the both the couple it certainly made for a fun photo shoot.

After the service we had a quick stop for photos in the park next to the Velodrome & then on to the reception.
The reception had a very full agenda with lots of different cultural items from assorted groups of friends.

Saturday was the main day with the traditional ceremonies in the morning & then the photoshoot & the standard Kiwi wedding in the afternoon.
The parade was quite an event, with all the Groom's family & friends getting involved.Then after several ceremonies & changes of outfit they were married & we stopped for lunch.
Following lunch we started the photoshoot at the Regent Theatre & then ventured out into the wind at the Palmerston North square.The Kiwi part of the wedding went well, the little flowergirls were so well behaved & so cute running back down the aisle to show the Bride what the Groom had given them!!
Altogether it was a fantastic time & we all took away an appreciation of another culture.

This couple chose to have their wedding on Chinese New Year which is also Valentines Day, so there should be no forgetting the anniversaries!!!
They were a total delight to get to know over the course of the day. The Bride was lovely inside & out, & the Groom was like a cat that got the cream :-)
The service & reception were both held at the wonderful Beaufords in Totara Park, which is a great setting for an intimate wedding.
For the portrait shoot we took a very laidback approach... a casual stroll with the Bridal party around the park & got some awesome photos.
